Students from Street have reflected on their grades after results day and are now looking to the future.

Theo Rampere, from Street, studied at the village's Strode College and in his A-levels achieved an A* grade in Economics, and A grades in Psychology and History (Route B).

The former student ofCrispin School is now planning to study Economic History at the London School of Economics.

He said: "I checked the results first thing and I was not at all surprised, I worked hard throughout the year for them.

"What I liked about studying at Strode is how open the campus is, the fact it has very good resources, good teachers, and computer access.

"History and Economic teachers went the extra mile for me to achieve good results."

Fellow Street resident Daniel Rubino also went to Strode after Crispin, and he achieved the grades of D*D*D* in his Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sport.

"I hoped I would do well as I really scheduled and planned well during the course," he said.

"The teachers gave me a lot of help by giving feedback quickly to ensure I submitted really good assignments."
