Pup-friendly doggie treat pop-up store opens in Street

By Tim Lethaby 16th Jul 2021

Guests and their four-legged friends are welcome at Clarks Village as the shopping outlet in Street unveils its new pop-up store, Goodchap's.

Setting up shop in the Pear Court district, Goodchap's has launched with an ever-expanding range of treats, toys and gifts for both humans and hounds.

The independent brand provides a selection of handmade, healthy, natural products, offering a variety of treats which have been rigorously tested and tasted behind the scenes by their own pack of rescue dogs.

Bespoke hand-illustrated gifts and stationery by local artist Beth Goodwin will also be available.

As well as making sure their treats and gifts are fit for man's best friend, the team says it also cares deeply about the planet, which is why all Goodchap's packaging is plastic-free, biodegradable and eco-friendly.

Since establishing the business online in 2018 and securing several awards along the way, Goodchap's is ready to open its doors after its long-awaited transfer to bricks and mortar retail.

Craig Goodwin, head of retail at Goodchap's, said: "We could not be more excited to open our first physical store here in Clarks Village.

"We have a fantastic selection of ethically-sourced treats and toys, and we look forward to welcoming all dogs, their humans, and friends alike."

The Goodchap's pop-up store will be open to customers and their canine companions at Clarks Village for 10 weeks.
