Welcome to the latest in our Hospitality Heroes series on Street Nub News.
We will be providing you with a profile of a number of fantastic hospitality venues ahead of their reopening in April and May.
The industry has been hit particularly hard with pubs, restaurants, tea rooms and accommodation only open for four out of the last 12 months.
Today here is everything you need to know about Time for Tea.
Situated on Street High Street, Time for Tea is run by general manager Sue Ruff, who is hoping for good weather so customers can enjoy the tea shop's garden next week.
Sue told Street Nub News: "All being well we will be reopening on Monday (April 12) and as per government guidelines, we will only have outside seating available, so it will all depend on the weather.
"Last year we extended the garden area so this gives us a bit more space.
"For the month of April we will be offering a smaller menu but will return to our other menu in May when we can open the inside.
"We will be looking at adding some daily specials from May.
"We do allow dogs outside as well as in, as long as they don't interfere with other customers. We are still a cash only business."
