Could your children design the company Christmas card for Melhuish and Saunders?

Building contractors Melhuish and Saunders are running a competition for children in Street to design their Christmas card for 2020.

The design must be Christmassy, but can incorporate essential workers who have been supporting us all this year.

The competition has two categories - one for those aged between five and 10 and one for those aged between 11 and 16.

First prize for each category will be a £25 high street voucher for the artist and £50 voucher for their school for essential items.

Second prize for each category will be a Melhuish and Saunders goodies bag, including pens, hats, mugs and keyrings.

To enter, the design will need to fit on a 8.5-inch by six-inch card, so measure a piece of paper to this size.

Get your pens, paints or computer out and start drawing, clicking or painting. Once you've completed the design you can send it to Melhuish and Saunders at 8-9 Landmark House, Wirral Park, Glastonbury BA6 9FR, or take a really good photo of it and email it to the office at [email protected].

Do make sure you keep the original as the company will need it if you win. You can also hand entries in to a teacher at school.

With the entry, make sure you include your age and your contact details, plus the contact details of your school.

All entries must be received by November 1, with the winner being announced on November 3.
