As more and more events are being organised locally, Nub News is launching a new weekly round up of what's on in the Street area each weekend.

Every Thursday we will now bring you our top picks of the events in our What's On section for the coming weekend.

Here are our top event picks for the coming days:

1. Community Sunday Lunch

Everyone is welcome to the Crispin Hall Trust Community Sunday Lunch - they will be held on Sunday October 10, November 14 and December 5.

A lovely home-made two course lunch, all cooked and served by volunteers. Doors open at noon and food is served at 12.30pm.

There will not be a booking system - it's first come first served - there will be space for 60 people.

2. Coffee Morning

Community Coffee Morning, Fridays, 10am to noon.

Regular homemade cakes.

Enjoy teas, coffees and biscuits too.

3. Cash Bingo and Raffle

Food available from 5pm.

Bar open from 5pm.
