This summer children attending the junior and senior rugby courses at Millfield School in Street will have the opportunity to train with Lee Mears who has played professionally for both Bath and England.

Lee will be joining the coaching team at Millfield, who have a notable reputation for producing outstanding international rugby players.

Earlier this year Millfield was named UK's number one school for England International Rugby Players with 44 England Internationals since 1949 including Chris Robshaw, Jonathan Joseph and Mako Vunipola to name a few. Former Millfield rugby players also represented each home nation in this year's Guinness Six Nations Championships.

The production line of talent is down to the rugby programme itself, created by Millfield's Director of Rugby and former England International, John Mallet. John will be leading the coaching team for the senior course this summer and is delighted to welcome Lee back to Millfield, saying "Lee has been a regular guest on our summer courses and alongside coaching he will be sharing his Lions stories and thoughts on this year's series. We are looking forward to working with him again and are delighted to be able to inspire young rugby players through this opportunity to train with an outstanding former professional such as Lee."

The rugby courses are running from Monday 2nd to Friday 6th August and can be booked online at millfieldenterprises.com/holidays/courses/rugby
