Come try our mushroom risotto made with locally grown organic pearled spelt.
A delicious plant-based dish served with chives, truffle oil and a choice of Somerset Cheddar or Parmesan cheese.
Known for its slow-release energy, spelt is excellent for the digestive system and is particularly high in fibre and protein.
In addition to the risotto we also offer fresh cold-pressed orange juice served in eco-friendly reusable glass bottles.
