Main course

Our fabulous 16-hour slow roasted shoulder of lamb with goose fat roasted King Edwards, cauliflower cheese, Vichy carrots, honey roasted parsnips, smoky bacon and cumin fried Savoy cabbage, giant Yorkshire pudding, homemade mint sauce and rich red wine gravy

Vegetarian

Mushroom, lentil, leek and caramelised onion nut roast with rosemary and roasted garlic

Dessert

Baked New York cheesecake with a mango and lime salsa
