An event is offering help to young entrepreneurs in Street to kick-start and develop their businesses.

If you are aged 16 to 25, based in Mendip, with a brilliant new business idea, and want support to launch a new local business or grow your existing start-up, you can pitch your idea at the Dragons' Den event for the chance to win cash and one-to-one business support.

The Red Brick Building in Glastonbury is excited to launch this opportunity for budding young local entrepreneurs.

The organisers have a total of £1,000 to give away, as well as some business support opportunities from Somerset Business Agency, to help you launch your new business or grow your existing one.

Applications for any type of business or social enterprise are welcome. To apply, you just need to be aged 16 to 25 and residing in Mendip.

Applications must be submitted by April 30. To request the application pack, email [email protected].
