Overleigh, in Street, will be closed for four days this week for gas works.

The road will be shut from the junction with Green Lane southwards for 120 metres from Monday December 9 to Thursday December 12.

The closure is in place to enable Wales and West Utilities to complete new gas connection works.

The temporary traffic lights in the Leigh Road area remain in place while Wales and West Utilities work in a new gas main.

Related to this work, Wales and West will also be working this week in Portway, Housman Road, Seymour Road, Clemence Road and Burleigh Lane.

From Tuesday December 10 to Thursday, Bristol Water will be repairing a leak in Vestry Road.

Finally, from Wednesday December 11 to Friday December 13, Bristol Water will be repairing a leak in Stone Hill.
