Temporary traffic lights are scheduled to be in place at the junction of Brooks Road and Goss Drive, in Street, next week.

The multi-way lights are due to be used at the junction from Monday (August 10) through to August 19.

They are set to be in place to enable BT to install a poly duct and work on a street cabinet and base.

Other roadworks scheduled to take place in Street next week include:

The permit for scaffolding outside of In Harmony in the High Street is due to remain in place until August 26, and the one for 26 High Street lasts until September 2.

BT's works on a street cabinet and base, and installing a poly duct in Stone Hill are set to continue until August 17.

Meanwhile, in Ashcott, multi-way temporary traffic lights are planned at the junctions where Combe Hill Lane and Bradley Lane meet the A361 Taunton Road from Tuesday (August 11) to Thursday (August 13) so Wessex Water can repair a service.
