If you are in need of some support or practical help in Street and the surrounding villages during the coronavirus crisis, then a group has been set up to help.

The Street Community Support Group is a group of volunteers providing support to the local community. Based in Street, it is also able to provide support to other villages and towns nearby.

It is made up of volunteers from Street Parish Council, Millfield School, Somerset County Council, the Salvation Army, Mind in Somerset, Citizens Advice Mendip and Carly Dutton Design and Photography.

Among the services on offer are a prescription delivery service, community free market and a Help the Homeless Coach Cafe.
