There will be temporary traffic lights on the A39 through Ashcott next week, as roadworks crews step up their return to work following the easing of the coronavirus lockdown.

The lights will be in place on Tuesday and Wednesday (May 19 and 20) on Bath Road through the village.

They will be in place to enable dropped kerbs and tactile paving to be installed, and then the area to be resurfaced once the work is finished.

Also this week, Bristol Water will be connecting a main in Mildred Road, Walton, from Monday (May 18) to Wednesday.

Wales and West Utilities have works scheduled to take place in Burleigh Gardens in Street until June 5.
