Could your children design the company Christmas card for Melhuish and Saunders?

There is still time for children who live in Street to enter the competition to design the company Christmas card for Glastonbury building contractors Melhuish and Saunders.

All entries must be received by November 1, with the winner being announced on November 3.

The design must have a Christmas theme, but can incorporate the essential workers who have been supporting us all this year.

The competition is split into two categories - one for those aged between five and 10 and one for those aged between 11 and 16.

First prize for each category will be a £25 high street voucher for the artist and £50 voucher for the school they attend for essential items.

Second prize for each category will be a Melhuish and Saunders goodies bag, which includes pens, hats, mugs and keyrings.

To enter, the design will need to fit on a 8.5-inch by six-inch card, so measure a piece of paper to this size.

So it is time to encourage your children to get their pens, paints or computer out and start drawing, clicking or painting.

Once they have completed the design you can send it to Melhuish and Saunders at 8-9 Landmark House, Wirral Park, Glastonbury BA6 9FR, or take a really good photo of it and email it to the office at [email protected].

Make sure you keep the original as the company will need it if your child is the winner. You can also hand entries in to a teacher at school.

With the entry, make sure you include your child's age and your contact details, plus the contact details of their school.
