The proposal is to build a new steel portal frame building for the purposes of storing agricultural machinery and straw.

The proposed siting of the new barn is land in current agricultural use, to the east of Rowley Farm, on the opposite side of Wootton Hill/Sub Road.

The applicant's current farming enterprise, Lower Rocks Farm and Rowley Farm, has a holding extending to 253 hectares of land.
