Store Manager - Street

As a Store Manager at Crew Clothing Company you will be accountable for:

  • Delivering LFL. growth of both sales and KPI performance in the store
  • Maintaining impeccable visual merchandising standards throughout the store ensuring effective use of space and stock availability
  • Complying with reasonable instructions from senior members of the retail team
  • Developing, reviewing and appraising your team based on key performance indicators and performance managing poor performers
  • Ensuring integrity of the brand is maintained through correct behaviours and uniform standards of the team
  • Controlling payroll and other store expenditures ensuring they come within budget
  • Training and inducting your team to deliver excellent customer service

We also require our Managers to have the following skills and experience:

Essential

  • Customer service focused
  • Sales and target driven
  • Excellent visual merchandising skills
  • Commercial awareness
  • Good communication skills

Desirable

  • Good IT skills
  • Experience of managing poor performance
  • Experience of working in a premium fashion brand

Assistant Manager - Street

The Assistant Store Manager job:

As an Assistant Store Manager, candidates can expect both a position with considerable challenges and a high degree of commercial autonomy.

Tasked across a full range of operational KPIs, store managers are expected to maximise sales through effective staff distribution and high merchandising and service standards, as well as ensuring correct stock packages and a commercial store layout.

Stores for this company are large, high turnover environments with considerable challenges around stock management and require Store Managers comfortable controlling a fast-paced business and able to manage lead and motivate a team of junior managers and their subordinates.

The Assistant Store Manager candidate:

Suitable Assistant Store Manager candidates will need a depth of retail Store or Assistant Store Management experience gained within a retail business.

Your experience can be from department or chain stores, or fashion or clothing outlets based in either the high street or out of town, or you may have management experience from other service led retail businesses where commerciality and customer service are key.

Crucially you will possess a rounded management style, be able to work with a variety of stakeholders, and be adept at spotting commercial opportunity and reacting to the needs of your customers.

This is a growing business and the successful candidate will not only have their skills and ability thoroughly tested but will also be in a high profile position in one of this company's newest sites, this visibility ensuring outstanding future career opportunity.

Permanent, full-time. Salary £20,000 to £24,000 per annum.

Supervisor - Street
