As a Warehouse Operative you will be working in a modern and clean warehouse environment.

As a Warehouse Operative you will need to have:

  • Flexibility regarding shifts

  • Guaranteed 40 hours/week until September
  • Shift patterns 4am to noon and 4pm to midnight

Legal Conveyancing Assistant - Street

Our client based in Street seek a Legal Conveyancing Assistant to join their team. This is a permanent opportunity and an excellent role for someone looking to progress within a legal environment.

Legal Conveyancing Assistant key responsibilities will include:

Within this company each of the fee earners work a little differently so duties of Legal Conveyancing Assistant may vary from time to time. But in essence you will be actively involved in the conveyancing process at each stage, to include:

  • Creating initial client contact including electronic file and physical file make up.
  • Liaising with management companies to obtain information packs, details of fees and obtaining payments on account.
  • Obtaining copies of sale file and draft contract pack.
  • Writing to lenders, conducting searches, copying reports.
  • Dealing with posting slips for monies in and out.
  • Possibility of being involved with exchanges.
  • Drafting registrations.

Legal Conveyancing Assistant requirements:

The ideal Legal Conveyancing Assistant will have one to two-plus years of experience of working within a conveyancing environment, you will enjoy working at a fast pace was maintaining a professional and organised approach, and always being adaptable and respectful of the client's needs/requests.

Job specifics:

Permanent, full-time. Salary £25,000 per annum.

Youth Support Worker - Street

Are you a proactive Support Worker with a good background in supporting clients with mixed mental health conditions, vulnerable young people, those at risk of homelessness or have experienced drug and alcohol dependences?

If so, a supported living service is recruiting for a Youth Support Worker to start with them ASAP.

Working with a very experienced and approachable team this is great opportunity for someone with substantial housing management and complex needs experience.

Some day to day duties will include:

  • Provide one to one support to vulnerable young people aged 16-25
  • Assist in implementing tailored support plans and carry out detailed risk and needs assessments
  • Provide help and support with the move-on process
  • Manage a caseload and process referrals
  • Provide tenancy and housing support, budget management, rent collection and manage cases of ASB
  • Complete room and shared facilities inspections

Job specifics:

Contract, full-time. £9.50 to £10.70 per hour.
