Clarks Village in Street reveals Community Christmas line-up including Crispin School Choir

After inviting artists and performers to join its Community Christmas initiative, Clarks Village in Street has revealed the acts it will be hosting in the run-up to Christmas.

Starting on Saturday 27th November, performances at the premium shopping outlet will continue until the weekend before Christmas.

On 27th November, Clarks Village will welcome the Castle Cary Cygnets Majorettes dance troupe from 11am to 12pm who will provide dancing entertainment to up-beat Christmas hits. Along with Christmas-themed acoustic sets from 2pm to 5pm by the Cosmin Project who will be collecting donations for their chosen charity MIND.

The Salvation Army Band will be playing every Saturday - from 1pm to 2pm on 27th November, and from 1pm to 3pm on the 4th, 11th and 18th December.

On 4th December, The Grey Dogs Jazz Band will perform lively tunes from 10am to 12pm, followed by The Rock Choir who are set to sing a variety of well-known Christmas carols with a contemporary twist from 3pm to 3:45pm.

Clarks Village has also invited Crispin School Choir to provide some mid-week entertainment for shoppers on Monday 6th December from 2pm onwards.

The aerial arts company 'Cirque de Silk' will be joining Clarks Village on 18th December from 11am to 12pm with a spectacular aerial performance that is not to be missed.

Finally, Clarks Village will round off its Christmas performances on 19th December with a visit from Glastonbury Brass Band playing sets between 11am and 2pm.

"The aim of our Community Christmas initiative is to spread some festive cheer, all while celebrating and supporting the talent of our local community. We can't wait to see plenty of friendly faces cheering our acts on."
