Local charity We Hear You (WHY) is hosting a 'toddle waddle' in Merriman Park, Street on Tuesday 21st September from 10am to 12pm.

Pre-schoolers are invited to get active by going for a walk around the park and enjoying family activities and a cake sale, as part of WHY's 'September Superstars' fundraising campaign.

Fundraising Officer Helen White says: "We love the Toddle Waddle! This will be the third time we've run the event and it's always a lovely morning.

"Meet us at the bandstand to set off on a toddle round the park, then come back for cake and some fun activities. The registration fee is £2 per waddler, which covers the cost of a medal and certificate.

"We'd absolutely love it if proud family and friends could sponsor little ones to take part and raise money for our free counselling service for children and adults affected by cancer and life threatening conditions."
